El Batan del Inka was a unexpected surprise on our visit to Cusco. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and nicely presented. The Maracuya Sour drink was tart and refeshing. The variety of dishes we shared were all very tasty. The Soltero de Habas was fresh and lightly seasoned. The Saltado de Alpaca had a nice grilled flavor and the Cuy con Tarwi was a unique new treat. All the side dishes nicely complemented the main course. I would recommend this cozy resturant to anyone looking to experience authentic Cusquenian cuisine. J.PlattPhoto_00002
